Brief Description
To coordinate and assist the day-to-day delivery of effective community projects and look for ways to integrate all existing campaigns tosupport the wider aims of the community project objectives.
- Coordinate and develop implementation and execution plans for community projects, events and activities, to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop, design and execute outreach campaigns in-line with the project’s mission to achieve project goals including school orientations, workshops, and identifying ambassadors
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current outreach campaign with tracking and analysis, to optimize campaigns accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with various internal & external stakeholders and ensure monitoring and evaluation of all elements of the projects for better project engagement, optimization & enhancement
- Develop and maintain reports/documentations/analysis and present find ingstimely, effectively and accurately, to ensure relevant stakeholders can make decisions, initiate change and optimize
- Design, implement, collect, and collate required data from various resources, to keep records up to date and ensure availability, accessibility,and integrity of the project data records
- Provide professional support to all project team to increase collaboration and ensure delivery
- Ensure all project activities adopt and follow best practices and processes,to comply to the organization policy, guidelines & processes
- Assess public outreach activities to determine effectiveness and potential areas for improvement
- Provide required information and training’s to project team regarding the project and services
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (i.e. Business Administration, English Literature,Mass Communication, digital, social, community development…etc.)
- 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience. Experiences in social entrepreneurship, NGO and community development is preferred
- Strong research, analytical and planning skills, with knowledge of data assessment,interpretation, evaluation, and reporting
- Knowledgeable in project management skills, PMP or equivalent certificate is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, information mapping, HTML, Photoshop is an advantage
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written report sand communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
