Brief Description
To coordinate initiatives designed to promote the community program and its services to the community and administer the campaign programs aimed at addressing the needs of the target group.
Detailed Description
- Assess program activities to determine effectiveness and potential areas for improvement
- Develop, design and execute outreach campaigns in-line with the project’s mission to achieve project goals including school orientations, workshops, and identifying ambassadors
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current outreach campaigns with tracking and analysis to optimize campaigns accordingly
Research and contribute to developing plans for expansion of the existing campaigns - Develop all related scope of works pertained to the outreach campaigns and ensure a smooth process of evaluating and awarding, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead outreach initiatives to recruit community volunteers for engagement in various program’s campaigns
Develop relationships with community leaders and serve as the campaign liaison with various constituents
Research, identify and engage with potential partners to obtain a wider range of expertise and business opportunities in a timely and consistent manner; This includes developing and executing concepts, gathering and formatting information and preparing clear communications with the partners - Create and implement community events, this includes interaction and coordination with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and act as advocate with marketing/social media stakeholders to analyze and boost performance, in order to ensure a wider reach and better online engagement
- Perform various operational & administration tasks/activities, by liaising with relevant operational/functional departments (i.e.,
- Procurement, HR, FN, marketing…etc.), and act as focal point
Build key relationships with different cultural groups, educational and expat communities in Qatar (Independent/Private Schools, Universities, and others) - Ensure efficient execution of awarded vendor’s contract
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (i.e. Business Administration, English Literature, Mass Communication, digital, social, community development…etc.)
- 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience. Experiences in social entrepreneurship, NGO and community development is preferred
- Strong research, analytical and planning skills, with knowledge of data assessment, interpretation, evaluation, and reporting
- Knowledgeable in project management skills, PMP or equivalent certificate is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, information mapping, HTML, Photoshop is an advantage
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
