Senior Coordinator – Operations  (000795)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Operations
• Direct, co-ordinate and achieve service level objectives related to the warehousing operations
• Manage and move operation from 3PL (outsource provider) to in-house service. Supervise team to accomplish on-time and on-budget shipment
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
• Accomplish warehouse and organization / customers’ mission by completing related requirements as needed
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and team members’ performance
• Maintain records for all inbound receipts/outbound dispatch per documented processes as well as non-conforming products, purchase orders, advance shipment note or damaged shipments
System and Reporting
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Produce reports and spreadsheets on trend analysis, progress order status, related inventory and distribution control activities
• Compile weekly reports centred correctly towards primary company KPIs for safety practices and acknowledgement
• Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements
Leadership and Training
• Provide recommendations on new subordinate hires and ensure the availability of all resources required to perform assigned tasks and activities
• Supervise subordinate staff, assign work activities, monitor performance and review results
• Act as a coach to subordinates, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses and follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves and absenteeism

Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification:
– Diploma in a relevant field
– Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Professional Experience:
– 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in the warehousing industry
– Previous supervisory experience is preferred

Geographic Experience:
– Middle East/GCC experience is preferred

Computer Skills:
– Working knowledge of Office and web applications
– Experience in using modern WMS systems including barcoding, Master data, RF, etc..

Language Skills:
– Fluent in English – both written and spoken
– Other languages are preferred

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:

Job Description

Senior Accountant – Statutory Financial Reporting  (000849)

1.    Actively lead the Tawteen compliance programme at Milaha covering multiple legal entities
2.    Design processes, templates and related reports structuring the compliance requirements for Tawteen
3.    Continually identify measures to improve the Tawteen scores and subsequently prepare communication materials to drive the required changes
4.    Engage with Tawteen Certifiers on an ongoing basis, to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of the audit on a timely basis
5.    Constantly keep up to date on Tawteen program changes through online research, working with certifiers and industry experts, etc.
6.    Actively work on Fusion to collect and gather data and information from Accountants and Business Finance Managers

Statutory Financial Reporting
7.    Prepare consolidated financial statement notes and related analysis during the Quarterly Financial Reporting cycle
8.    Prepare fixed assets reconciliations and related control reports ensuring the accuracy of fixed assets register against the general ledger
9.    Prepare the consolidated monthly working capital reports and on a routine basis and covering any ad-hoc reports relating to Working capital optimization
10.    Engage with the external auditors to furnish the relevant information ensuring the smooth completion of the statutory reporting audit

Business Finance
11.    Take the lead in completing the relevant business units Financial Statements Close process
12.    Engage actively with business to analyse information, collect and reconcile data to the financial systems accurately
13.    Provide where relevant exceptions and insights to the business when analysing numbers, trends and patterns

General
14.    Implement the Finance & Accounting policies and procedures. Ensure that required changes to the policies and procedures manual are highlighted and communicated to Manager – Statutory Financial Reporting for consideration and appropriate action.
15.    Ensure compliance with relevant internal controls within the Finance and Accounting function and any deviation or non-compliance is communicated to the relevant Finance personnel for rectification and/ or appropriate action.
16.    Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including Business Operations, Corporate Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, other Finance Pillars and various relevant departments and external auditors. Actively coordinate with and act as point of contact for Tawteen related matters.

Qualifications

 Education & Professional Qualification:
–    Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
–    Professional Qualifications like C.A., ACCA, CPA etc. or equivalent is a must
Professional Experience:
–    Minimum of 6 – 8 years in a Big 4 organization
–    Minimum of 2 years hands on experience (either in consulting or certification role) with Tawteen Program
Geographic Experience:

• Draft audit reports, summarizing significant findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way.
