Job Description
About the role
We are hiring for your skills to effectively support and manage remuneration and benefits programs. Assist in researching and implementing competitive [R&B] programs and policies and oversees all design and administration.
Other remuneration development and administration duties would include:
- Participate in the development of R & B policies and vision in order to contribute to the realization of objectives of the R & B field of organization.
- Formulate and develop key R & B processes and procedures.
- Ensure execution of internal and external benchmarks and peer companies and consolidate and analyze the results in order to come well founded tactical R & B decision making and to recommend responsible management.
- Monitor consistent implementation in line with the country R & B policies.
- Advise management on R & B issues and international assignments.
- Sets the pay scale for ongoing recruitment salaries being offered.
- Coordinate annual remuneration pay review process and assist in the package restructuring.
- Participate in Salary Surveys to ensure that market benchmarking is available.
- Problem resolution on any remuneration queries.
- Assisting with benchmarking & input into specialized surveys.
- Implementation of plans to address remuneration inconsistencies.
- Managing and compiling excel spreadsheets with data on pay and benefits.
- Participate to implement compensation and benefit restructuring projects and survey at company.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR – Remuneration and Organization Design
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- 5+ years of experience to effectively support and manage remuneration and benefits programs.
- Experience of salary benchmarking and knowledge of regional taxation and social security laws is essential.
- Possess exceptional analytical skills, proven problem solving abilities.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
