Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION :

  • Recording request from the client in the helpdesk system, and making sure that all needed data is entered correctly in the helpdesk systems
  • Keeping track of all incidents call through helpdesk system and solve all incidents related to end user equipment and end user issues.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of office administration and background of IT applications
  • Ability to compile, assimilate, organize and analysis printed and electronic information.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning financial and employee electronic files.
  • The candidates preferred to be Fluent in Arabic & English ‐ written and spoken.

Job Description

Concurrently managme multiple Corporate projects(2-3) based on Organization’s Methodology, Development and Communication of the Project Plan
Manage key business and IT stakeholders
On-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
Delivery of solutions to the required quality and standards.
Project team leadership and development
Contribution to the maturity of the PMO methodology
Provide leadership to and supervises the activities of project personnel, including in-house resources and vendor-supplied consultants Interpret stated business requirements into the project plan
and secure agreement from the project owner/end user as to the scope, budget and schedule
Continuously monitor project progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget, providing regular reports to the project owner
Anticipate, plan for and identify deviations from the project plan and keep all stakeholders informed Identify, log,, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective
action by dealing with the day-to-day issues and reviewing how more serious risks may impact the project’s budget, completion date and quality. Where approved by the project owner, revise
the timeline or resource requirements for the project.

Key Skills : Proven experience of operating within a large enterprise.
Broad knowledge of IT Solutions in Oil and Gas Industry 6 to 10 years experience in a similar organization as IT Project Manager for design/implementation/enhancement of Business Solutions in
a corporate environment through infrastructure improvements, SAP and Add-on solutions, web based development, packaged applications, Customized software/systems etc. with at least 3
completed end to end projects of value US$ 500K or above
Knowledge and experience in PMI knowledge areas (PMBOK) and gated project management methodology. PMP certification is a plus.

Job Description

Min 4 -5 years of experience as IT helpdesk.

  • Setup, configure, maintain users accounts and passwords (functional accounts, distribution groups, etc).
  • Respond to end user Incidents and Requests (Calls, Emails and ESS) and ensure all calls are logged, updated and closed accurately as per agreed Service/Operational Level Agreements (SLAs/OLAs).
  • Provide immediate support for urgent calls and critical areas (oncall and web online users, email) with minimal service interruption
  • Prepare & write knowledge base articles and other documentations
  • Prepare general reports relevant to the job and submit it to superiors
  • Record all IT hardware & software assets using the followed Asset Management process.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairing faulty IT equipment and ensure critical OnAir devices are replaced and fixed on timely manner.
  • Train new employees within Technology Support team
  • Manage and participate in projects related to the section as needed.
  • Perform other duties relevant to the job as requested by superiors and act as a higher role as needed.

Qualification:

  • 4 -5 years of IT helpdesk experience
  • Bachelor of Science in I.T or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Required candidates who can speak Arabic.
