QUALIFICATION: 

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing/ Pharmaceutical).

  EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing role as a medical representative or similar role. (Preferably with Online Pharma business).
  • GCC experience will be an added advantage.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce Industry’s best-practices and marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet established sales goals and market share by utilizing effective sales techniques in order to influence targeted physicians and hospitals.
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to explain our brand and online application utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
  • Represents the enterprise at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promotes new and existing programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data.
  • Promote our online application & products ethically and within compliance based on company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy.
  • Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date call records for physicians and other key customers.
  • Develop and maintain a positive business climate.
  • Regularly monitoring business plans and ensure its achievement consistently.
  • Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.

  • Understanding the macro shifts in how patients / doctors access information via different digital channels in Qatar, predicting trends and submitting reports on the same.

KEY EXPECTATIONS:

Computer/Software skills – proficient in the use of computers, multiple software systems and learning of new programs. Experienced in Microsoft office. Able to handle and manage significant email and phone communications.
Communication skills – Active and attentive listener. Able to ask the needed questions while adjusting to the situations in a fast-moving environment. Active communication with supervision and other members of the pharmacy team through email and phone correspondence.
Maintain balanced performance in areas of production and quality.
Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Previous Inbound call center experience or the ability to provide excellent customer service by phone with sincerity and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims or inquiries.
Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries.
Have quality focus and are detail oriented
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information in computer systems.
Setting up new and refilling order accurately.
Payment arrangements, Billing/rebilling claims.
Have excellent schedule adherence – time management is a must
Make outbound calls to customers on prescription orders and payment issues.
Adjustment processing.

QUALIFICATION

  • High School Diploma or GED (Minimum).

  EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Call center. (Preferably with Healthcare experience)
  • GCC experience will be an added advantage.
