Job Description
TS Engineer
-
Fulfils telecom related requirements as part of day to day operations involving provisioning and management of corporate SIMs and associated services for QR. Email configuration on smart devices.

Provision and manage the end to end coordination for Installation of Direct lines, PRI lines, Business fiber, MPLS lines, Tetra radios service from Service Providers for various QR offices and Sales offices across Qatar to meet critical deadlines with reference to Project timelines provided by the respective Business Stakeholders.

Ensure all incidents/requests related to telecom services are responded efficiently in a timely manner.

Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed as per established ITIL processes.

Ability to document the solution properly and share the knowledge across relevant teams.

Following up with end users, vendors and support teams until tickets are resolved.

Manage the support and collation of new requirements for all Qatar Airways Group with reference to IT Service provisioning for Telecom Services.

Manage the configuration of all new Telecommunication requests for all QR Group offices in Doha from initiation of requirements to implementation and sign off from concerned Business Units.

Managing end to end coordination and SLAs with respective Service providers for ensuring an established process for Fault docket reporting and resolution with reference to mobile sim’s related voice & data services, Email configurations on smart devices, PABX lines, direct lines, PRI lines, Business fiber and MPLS lines, Tetra radio services in QR Offices and QR Accommodations.

Knowledge of Network Connectivity services for mobile services, MPLS/ Business Fibre.
