About the role

The Uniforms Technical Coordinator Responsible to assist the contract management and supplier / service provider’s performance delivery in compliance with the contract terms and conditions to ensure the business financial aspect delivery

Specific responsibilities for the role include the following:

• Coordinates the documentation and communication between the stakeholders of each Tender and Contract project.
• Monitors the Service Provider performance data analysis to ensure compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
• Assist the planning of each Tender and Contract project
• Coordinate preparation of all documentation for Request for Information (RFI) / Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Tender requests, CMC requests, pre-qualification of Tenderers, Tender strategy plans, Technical Evaluations (criteria scoring and reports) in alignment with the policy
• Responsible to monitoring supplier performance in relation to contracted product specifications and Terms & Conditions
• Coordinate in Stakeholder transfer and management of Uniforms within the QR Uniform Department

Qualifications

About you

The successful candidate for the role will have the following skills and qualifications:

• High School Qualification with minimum of 3 years job-related experience OR Bachelor Degree with minimum of 2 years of job-related experience.
• With relevant experience in working in a retail / supplier establishment Monitors the Service Provider performance data analysis to ensure compliance with the Contract’s terms and conditions.
• With experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Qualification in Fashion / Textiles / Apparel / Procurement / Inventory Management
• Good IT skills – well versed in MS Suite
• Excellent communication skills – good command of English language
• Analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and can work in a fast paced environment.
