Your Role :
The Sales Manager leads the side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all sales advisors. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving sales advisor who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role in a reputable real estate agency
- Team leadership ability
- Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Prior sales experience is extremely important
- Must have at least 5 years of prior Real Estate experience

- Shadow all stages of the leasing process with our seasoned agents
