Design Manager / Senior Architect	Minimum 20 years of experience in design and design management in a similar consultancy firm with a strong portfolio. Architecture degree from a reputed university. Registered as “Grade A” Architect with MME QCDD Certified with very good understanding of Fire life safety code local and NFPA. Excellent communication and fluent in Arabic and English (R,W,S) Previous experience in Qatar (Minimum 8 years). Registered and licensed by GORD (GSAS) is an advantage. Solid experience in project design, freehand sketching, coordination and working drawings production Extensive experience and leadership in design review & design coordination with other disciplines. Capability to manage time, team and production for several projects Capability to manage several projects concurrently. Computer skills in Revit, CAD, MS Office and other related software. BIM experience is a must (Minimum 5 years).
Business Development Officer	A Degree in Business Development, Business Management, Economics, from a reputable institute Previous successful experience with similar business Fluent Arabic and English. Other languages is an advantage. Consultancy and engineering services background
Planning Engineer	A Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineering with strong experience in planning with not less than 10 years of experience in construction field. Any professional qualification like PMP or PSP will be considered advantageous.
Design Mechanical Engineer	Ability to review building services documentations (drawings, calculations, specifications…) throughout the design process and contribute to content and direction Proficiency in the design of sustainable HVAC systems including air cooled as well as water cooled plants, firefighting and public health Engineering Experience in using computer design tools Interfacing and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals prior design experience with various building services design codes such as British standards, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC and other international codes
Senior Structural Engineer / Design Manager	Bachelor/ master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering. MMUP Civil Engineering registration in Qatar (Grade A is an advantage) At least 8-12 years’ relevant experience in an engineering consultancy environment Experience with international relevant code & QCS Produce detailed designs and documentation for the implementation of engineering projects. Preparation of calculations required for the design of engineering projects Preparation of specifications, proposals, and other tender documentation Competency in structure Design Software’s with good experience in Autodesk ROBOT. Knowledgeable on BIM/ Revit Structure and Navisworks is a must Liaison with clients, sub-consultants, architects, and contractors Strong communication, presentation skills, teamwork, and self-motivation Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English
Structural Design Engineer	Experience Preference: Steel & Concrete structures/ High, Medium & Low Rise Residential, Office, Commercial, Industrial Structures etc. Working software knowledge in STAAD–Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP, Prokon, TEEDS, Auto Cad and MS Office etc. Should be well conversant with BIM / Revit, Robot and other similar software.
