About the role:

As a Corporate Marketing Specialist, you will help us achieve the following:

• Contribute to the creation of communication content internally for advertising and marketing communications, which includes writing copy for print advertisements, radio and TV commercial scripts and marketing literature.
• Project management of outsourced projects such as development of advertising campaigns for the brand, for services and facilities launches, advertising photography, production of radio and TV commercials and videos.
• Quality assurance of content produced which includes proof reading and checking written as well as other forms of contents for clarity and to ensure compliance to prescribe the brand communication guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts working with the in-house designers; Research, analyze and interpret data from various sources including online to develop original and compelling brand communication materials.
• Make creative contributions that enhance the quality of the advertising and the marketing communication materials.
• Ensure quality and safeguard the integrity of the brand by ensuring that it follows the company’s brand communications strategy and prescribed guidelines.

Qualifications

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Professional degree in Graphic Design / Art / Photography
• Minimum 5 years job-related experience
• Desirable – Industry certification in specific design software
• Advantage – Professional qualifications in marketing or communications.
• Proficient in using Mac Platform – OS X, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Professional, QuarkXPress, MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the Arabic and English language including the meaning and the spelling of the words, rules of composition, and grammar
• Digital imaging techniques
• Knowledge of design applications, printing processes and technology, audio and video production and website design and development
• Knowledge of desktop publishing software and applications, print productions, audio and video production methods.
