Our client, a leading yacht companies in Qatar and the region, and a turnkey, single source solution to the boating and yachting industry as the premier dealership for leading yacht brands in Doha, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the same industry and in marine outboard engines, as a sales manager.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of new staff (direct hire and overseas agencies).
- Develops, manages, and implements sales strategies across GCC.
- Develops and maintains strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts.
- Coordinates and influences decisions across different departments to ensure financial objectives, technical support delivery and customers satisfaction are fulfilled.
- Develop and implement standard procedures, processing and reporting to ensure the implementation of best practices is achieved through the sales team.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar industry.
- Willing to travel around GCC.
- Must have a great sales record in selling marine outboard engines.

Our client is one of the largest integrated Facility Management conglomerates in the GCC with various Business lines ranging from integrated facility management, safety services, security services and landscaping. It is currently looking for a Facility Engineer to join its team in Doha, Qatar.
The candidate should assist in the effective operations of the company, perform facility management engineering activities, maintain clients’ contacts and relationship with contractors, inspect facilities conditions and provide repair solutions. He should also compile with rules and regulations and meet safety and security standards.
Facility Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the contractor and clients in the effective operations of the Facilities Management Company
- Ensure that all company standards of quality are always maintained whilst meeting the need of the business
- Assist the Operations Manager to provide facilities engineering/management activities, the functional operations of the facilities and maintenance service and support (this includes corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, as well as capital projects, plant operations, subcontract management and space management assistance)
- Manage client contracts and contractors, and maintain review process for contracts (e.g., waste management, sprinkler systems, and plant alarm systems, Safety, CCTV, HVAC, Electrical, and Gas.)
- Evaluate facility conditions and develop strategies for sustainment and repairs both short and long term
- Provide estimates for repairs and renovations
- Inspect existing facilities to ascertain their condition and prepare reports depicting the condition, deficiencies observed, designs necessary for repairs, and estimated cost of repairs. Provide whole life cycle analysis on the building condition assessment including flooring/roofing/architectural elements
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards
- Support IT Facilities equipment and systems including, A/C, UPS, CCTV, Fire system, leak detection and environment monitoring and work with service providers to support repair or preventive maintenance work
- Coordinate power deployment to cabinets and racks including whips and breakers
- Work as the focal interface between operations team and multiple subcontractor partners in coordination with the operations technical team.
- Manage site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Is responsible for the provision of weekly / monthly reporting to the client
Requirements
- Has a bachelor’s degree in chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent
- Has Knowledge of building construction processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, and their application
- Has 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering/ management
- Ha knowledge of HVAC, UPS’s Systems, and Building Management System
- Is computer literate in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Has (BMS) experience within a business critical environment

- Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive / design-out activities on the organization’s Mobile equipment and Workshop Machinery.
- Hold capable hand on experience in mechanical, hydraulics and automobile electricals maintenance.
- Good understanding of safe and efficient operations of a heavy equipment workshop.
- Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive / design-out activities on the organization’s mobile equipment and workshop machinery.
- Responsible for safety of everybody entering the workshop premises and all other stakeholders of mobile equipment. He is responsible to execute safety parameters / trainings of mechanics and operators.

- Responsible for communicating the requirement of Equipment for maintenance activities.
- Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and scheduling business flow process.
- Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisor to schedule manpower and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomes.
- Responsible for all HSE matters in the project (HSE plan, risk assessments, HSE meetings, HSE compliance by sub-contractors, etc.)
Requirements
