Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to join our International Human Resources team in Germany as Temporary Senior HR Assistant. This is a 12 month fixed term role.
Based in Frankfurt, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department on all personnel matters to ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with local legislation and QR Policies.
You will provide administrative support across our Commercial, Ground Services and Cargo businesses.
Specific account abilities include
- Support HR Manager and HR Team with the day-to-day administration of all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, benefits and compensation.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
- Prepare paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination.
- Prepare and maintain new employee files and process documents of new joining staff.
- Maintain employee leave records and update HR employee database change.
- Conduct and reconcile benefits enrolment for new employees.
- Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
- Submit online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
- Coordinate training requests and travel arrangements.
- Organise the training needs with the Station Head and liaise with training departments in head office.
- Assist HR Business Manager and HR Team with various research projects and/or special projects.
Qualifications
Qualifications – External
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant administration/ HR experience
- Experience in a large multinational environment.
- MS Office, MS windows, and HRMS system communication skills.
Fluency in English and German is a mandatory requirement for this role. You must have the current legal right to live and work in Germany
