Office Assistant- Bangkok, Thailand

Thailand – TH Location Bangkok – BKK, Thailand – TH Category Cargo & Airport Operations Job Id 186034 Closing Date: 21-02-2023

We are recruiting for Office Assistant for Bangkok, Thailand.

The selected candidate will provide general administration and secretarial support in day to day functions. Promotes high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact. Handles confidential and sensitive issues, which requires a high degree of discretion and tact. Records/ document control and maintenance for all correspondences related to the Manager’s office.

Accountabilities

  • Perform administrative and secretarial support – coordinate activities, conduct research and ensures that requests are carried out.
  • Handle inquires and/or refer to the appropriate personnel/ department
  • Review and answer mail and inquiries and determine if Executive action is required
  • Provide necessary telephone backup coverage, schedule appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements (coordinate meetings, travel, hotel bookings).
  • Respond to complaints and request for information. Assist and explain procedures and policies in response to inquiries within the area.
  • Check all incoming documents and ensure completeness/ accuracy of information provided to fast track approvals, (invoices/ statements).
  • Anticipate and prepare meeting materials, charts
  • Compose routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, reports which are generally confidential in nature.
  • Maintain confidential filing system, categorize and maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence, and other source material.
  • Coordinate prompt purchasing of office supplies and stationeries. Ensure proper maintenance of all office equipments.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Qualifications

  • High school qualification with at least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure with little supervision.
  • Good problem solving abilities.
