Principal Planning & Risk Engineer	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 12+ years of related work experience. Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software, primarily Primavera P6, Monte Carlo risk analysis software, and MS Project applications. Experience in large infrastructure construction projects, preferably from a PMC/Consultant side. Proven experience in handling planning and risk functions on large design projects, within a consultancy organization, is a must. Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English
BIM Manager	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field such as Architecture/Design or Civil Engineering from an accredited University to the approval of the Engineer. At least 15 years demonstrable experience, of which 7 years in BIM Management, BIM Strategic Planning, BIM Development for infrastructural works. The successful candidate should demonstrate proven fast track delivery of similar projects. Fully conversant with the Procedures, the standard forms and formats used in the Public Works Authority. Demonstrate skills of 3D modeling and 3D visualization. Experience working in the Gulf region is required.
Senior Design Review Engineer	Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering from an accredited University with Professional Qualifications from a recognized International Institution and with a professional career development records all as approved by the Engineer.
Technical Transportation Expert	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field). 15 years post graduating experience on major transportation projects with involvement in design, installation, interfaces, and testing and commissioning.
Systems Assurance Manager (O&M)	Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline specifically related to area of specialty and Minimum 10 years experience in Railway Safety and Regulations; safety approvals and decision making with special emphasis on experience in EU legislation and EN 5012X. Extensive experience in safety certification of large complex railway projects / railway engineering, construction and bringing assets into use.
HR Director	Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. 15+ years of demonstrated Human Resources experience.
Senior Risk Engineer	University degree from recognized university in an appropriate field such as quantity surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Management or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in major infrastructure projects or progrrame, preference will be given to drainage projects.
