Your Responsibilities
- Manage technical infrastructure projects and IT support for the national office and remote offices
- Prioritize day-to-day IT support requests and resolution workflow for technical operations issues
- Ensure continuous improvements in the system availability, reliability and interoperability of corporate infrastructure
- Implement and ensure network security and maintain vendor relationship and purchases
- Provide trouble shooting, system backups and disaster recovery support
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a similar discipline
- Minimum 2 years of IT Infrastructure experience preferably in a multi national company
- Expertise in resolving system failure and IT breakdowns
- Excellent command in English

Your Responsibilities
- Hunt and win new sea logistics import, export and cross-trade business
- Develop and retain existing customer base
- Develop expert market knowledge on key focus trades, carriers, routings, sailings, etc..
- Build a quality pipeline of SME customers and ensure 100% data quality in CRM
- Conduct sales projects and participate in initiatives in alignment with the Customer Care Manager
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ of customer management experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry with a focus on sea logistics business
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English language is mandatory. Arabic would be considered as an added advantage
