– Scanning ppm reports & sorting them into respective folders.
– Sending detailed PPM schedule emails to major customers.
– Getting appointments from customers to schedule PPM.
– Sending consolidated PPM file to customers after completion of PPM with scanned SVRs.
– Applying for permits to perform PPM other than CAFM related projects.
– CAFM operation for various projects. (Applying for permits, printing job cards, sorting job cards, distributing job cards to supervisor,
collecting PPM reports along with job cards, scanning them & finally ensuring to close tasks raised by customer on a timely manner).
– Scanning driver’s daily time sheets, preparing monthly report & sending to supplier.
– Preparing detailed job cards for QCDD inspections.
– Scanning of third-party certificates & saving in respective customer folder.
– Preparing detailed data base for all portfolio. (Customer Name, location, address, mobile number, email, unit specs, etc)

Job Description
