Job Description
Turnkey Trading and Contracting is looking for Safety Engineer with the following minimum qualifications: –
- A minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage construction, of which the last Three (3) years shall include specific experience, at
- Site Occupational Health, Safety & Security Officer level. The Site Occupational
- Health, Safety & Security Officer is responsible for dealing with questions regarding the health, safety, security and protection against incidents of all staff, labour and other persons entitled to be on the Site.
- Minimum education requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent, plus Professional OHS Qualification by Examination (NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA 30 hours), Management Qualification preferred certified as BS OSHAS 18001 lead auditor, implementation and continues improvement, Relevant Training Attendance.

Job Description
A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in Construction industry, of which the last Two (2) years shall include specific experience, as project document controller in Road projects preferably with Ashghal. Minimum education requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / business/science or equivalent, has experience using ACONNEX or other relevant Document Controlling/ Project Management Server. Computer literate and has basic knowledge in IT.
The Document Controller serves as the main custodian of all documentations, correspondence, submittals, Minutes, reports, official permits etc. for the project which is systematically arranged and compiled, tracked and monitored according to organizational process.
· keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings
· creating reports for higher officials.
· keeping documentation safe and backed up; and performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates.
· duties and responsibilities of a document controller include such as printing out and distributing project documents to managers, vendors and team members

Job Description
Quality Engineer
A minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage construction, of which the last Three (3) years shall include specific experience, at Site Quality operational process. Minimum education requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent, professional quality Certification By examination( ISO 9001 lead auditor) implementation and continues improvement, Relevant Training Attendance is preferred.
Quality engineer will be the focal point for all Quality process and operational issues including but not limited to activities at site and project work output.
This includes but not limited to:
· Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
· Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction.
· Conduct, Manage and work on QA/ QC documentation, processes, operational implementation, review and monitoring
· The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
· Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
