Responsibilities as a SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Responsible for the developing and executing sales strategies to optimize sales, growth, market penetration, and profitability in medical device.
• Seek out customers to promote and sell the company products, answer customer inquiries, questions or concerns regarding the products
• Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
• Accurately communicate all technical specifications
• Offer related products and services to new customers
• Assist in new product introduction and release activities
• Work with sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
• Establish supply relationships with new business and clients.
• Comfortably build communications and increase profitability for the company.

Responsibilities as SERVICE Rep/Engr.

• Evaluates and approves new biomedical equipment by conducting tests.
• Installation of equipment which includes establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
• Knowledge of IT integration with hospital systems for various medical devices.
• Maintains biomedical equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests, troubleshoot and repair malfunctions, maintain equipment inventories.
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to client complaints
• Directs biomedical equipment operation by providing equipment operation demonstrations.
• Provide expert clinical or technical assistance and training to end user
• Maintains biomedical equipment supplies inventory by checking stock.
• Prepares biomedical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests; recommending and complying with procedures; training and guiding medical and healthcare personnel.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or Associates Degree with 2 or more years’ experience in servicing medical equipment
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Marketing would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years sales work experience in the medical industry
• Minimum of 2 years work experience diagnosing and repairing medical device, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
• With excellent sales & technical skills Resourceful and independent Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
• Ethical and Trustworthy
• Must be a resident in Qatar with valid Qatar driving license
• Work Visa must be transferable and with NOC.
• Work permit for those under family visa.
