Job Description
- Monitor the health of the network, storage and servers using a variety of tools
- Provide Tier 1and 2 telephone contact for IPTV systems
- Generate trouble tickets and escalating to Tier 2 teams as needed
- Follow up with Tier 2 and customers to confirm issue resolution
- Perform trouble shooting of servers, network devices, and applications
- Installation of operating systems and software applications
- Technical Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in systems, software or network support.
- Previous experience with UNIX/Linux server administration including scripting in one or more languages
- Able to stand, walk, and reach while performing the duties of this job
- Able to work any shift as assigned, as dictated by the needs of a 24/7 operation
- BOSIET certificate
- H2S certificate
- Fluent knowledge of English language

3738 – LEAD HSE ENGINEER – OFFSHORE

- Develop HSE objectives, strategies and performance indicators to ensure that the Project is enabled to deliver safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with the agreed project requirements.
- Ensure safety section of the contract bid documents are complete; review and evaluate contractor safety information during the contractor selection process,
- Ensure that HSE Management Plans are in place and effectively implemented and monitored project-wide
- Serve as the point of contact for the Project HSE Coordinators with regard to HSE plans, processes, agreements and progress updates
- Monitor contractor fabrication and installation safety programs and safe work practices
- Provide safety & health information/expertise to the site team
- Inspect & audit fabrication sites and installation vessels
- Recommend course of action on safety performance of contractors
- Capability to supervise and coordinate the design safety systems of platforms. Breadth of experience and knowledge through all phases of preliminary engineering, detailed design, fabrication and installation.
- Experience in preparation of Safety Engineering Documents, for offshore projects of similar size and complexity
- Knowledge of conventional offshore oil and gas operations and working practices
Requirements:
- Msc in Chemical engineering
- Relevant experience with not less than 10 years’ experience in offshore projects, 3 – 5 years as Lead HSE Engineer
- Fluent knowledge of English language is mandatory.
- National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certificate or Diploma
- IOSH – Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management, or Member of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM)
- RSP – Registered Safety Professional
- Preferably coming from Multi National Oil and Gas companies (EPC)
- Experience on EPCI projects for other leading EPC/EPCI contractors.
