Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
As a Training Advisor you will:
- Spend the day on the phone making outgoing calls and sending emails
- Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients
- Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
- Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses
- Manage your sales process on the CRM
- Generating and Qualify leads
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
To be successful in the role you need to be/have:
As a Training Advisor you will:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and listening skills (ability to speak Arabic is a plus)
- A polite, confident and friendly manner
- Initiative, enjoy working with customers and building relationships
- Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure•
- Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment
