Job Description
1. Completes rental transactions and agreements for customers following established guidelines and procedures.
2. Obtains required authorizations, signatures, confirmation numbers, and perform preferred, VIP, or other special services as assigned.
3. Completes qualification procedures prior to renting vehicles.
4. Sells programs and services to customers in an effort to maximize sales opportunities and meet sales goals set by management.
5. Maximizes up-sells and walk-up sales based on vehicle availability, utilizing established sales techniques and dialogues. Programs and services include protection option, refueling program, special promotions, future reservations, upgrades, etc.
6. Reviews completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and explain rates and charges.
7. Provides customers with completed rental agreements, keys, directions to rental vehicles, maps and any other assistance required.
8. Completes transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifies accuracy of closing calculations.
9. Adhere to Company Quality assurance and uniform guidelines.
10. Solves problems raised by customers using sound judgement within applied empowerment guidelines and company policy.
11. Check customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges. Update rental agreement files, notify customer’s overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental extensions.
12. Coordinate with queued customer to reduce wait time and encourage efficient service. Ensure accuracy of return date and time on rental agreement.
13. Complete rental or parking information for customers, disclose rates and terms of rentals and get signatures through effective sales techniques to utilize service options.
14. Ensure rental office area cleanliness and conduct associated custodial duties. Communicate with drivers through way to handle customer pickup and delivery.
15. Retrieve money collected in shifts and complete deposit slip and keep money in safe.
16. Prepare rental agreement folder with necessary details. Review and submit reports to supervisor.

• Electrical work – to include installing electrical components, installing wiring and cabling

Qualifications
• ITI Mechanical or Technical Diploma certificate
• 7-10 years of experience.
• Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program institute.
• IEC Certification System for Explosive Atmospheres
• BOSITE
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Physically fit.
