As Senior Reservations Officer, you will supervise the reservation and contact center teams, ensure seamless operations and excellent services to clients (B2B and B2C) on promoting Qatar as a premium tourism destination. You will enhance the customer service experience through formation and ongoing optimization of Discover Qatar – Qatar Airways Holidays resource utilization, and staff rostering in order to drive sales to address customer needs. Maintain and ensure the daily business is performed smoothly according to company procedures and policies.

Key accountabilities:

• Plan optimum use of staff availability through effective performance allocation and well planned distributions of tasks targeting to increase efficiency and productivity
• Monitor DQ operations under operation manager lead to ensure dedicated program service to clients within the contact center to oversee the resolution of complaints
• Manage the incoming mails by customer/agent/station and ensures that all requests are properly actioned
• Work efficiently with DQ internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) in order facilitate the unique product (DQ and QRH tourism and hotel packages)
• Secures that the DQ operations are effectively running (DQ booking system, visa application platform, and all related systems) by addressing and managing critical concerns to secure operations are run in a timely manner
• Responsible of reviewing the monthly roster for the reservations and contact center teams

Qualifications

A Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level. You would require having minimum 5 years of relevant experience or similar industry.
