Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales goals of all Masimo Automation products in assigned territory, including achieved assigned quotas for sales and contracts and growing the installed based inside the assigned territory in Qatar.
- Engage in selling of accounts including qualification, demonstration, clinical evaluation, and closure through planning, executing, and directing overall focus accounts, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies with the Area Business Manager and/or Country Manager
- Be seen as an expert in Automation Products as well as an authority on the workflow impact of various Automation solutions, such as Remote Monitoring Solutions, Homecare solutions and Medical Device Integration Solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and in the territory (e.g., IT Managers, Medical Equipment Management, Rapid Response Team, Anesthesia, ICU … etc.).
- Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, advertising, etc.),
- Provide sales and marketing input to Region and Distribution Manager, including clinical market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements.
- Participate in administrative, tender, and clinical education efforts for Group Purchasing and Ministry initiatives as well as for all public, private, hospital and non-hospital opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce.com for documentation of all field and customer interaction and activity
- Exceed goals within the expense budgets for all required activities
Desired Training and Experience:
- Degree in life sciences subject or equivalent healthcare professional education, and/or business.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT sales cycle in hospital or long-term care environment a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT market, customers & providers with up-to-date knowledge on key automation topics such as telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, HIE / interoperability, etc.
- 5+ years track record of healthcare sales success, preferably in healthcare informatics or healthcare IT.
- Proven success and experience in leading enterprise healthcare IT/healthcare automation sales with large scale projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote Masimo products within an assigned geographic territory, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
- Plan and execute strategies to convert accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of Masimo products in a high-competitive market.
- Closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning Masimo’s technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systems.
- Implementing strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration, sales goals and the establishment of new accounts.
- Strongly promoting new and existing products with support of relevant clinical study results.
- Managing small projects for multiple clients within own environment.
- Performing product presentations to customers for maximize visibility and image.
- Networking with senior internal and external professionals in own area of expertise.
- Normally part of a larger sales group, but with independent responsibility for sales target in assigned area.
- Demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and problem-solving techniques.
- Performing technical and clinical support to customers at hospitals
- Collaborates with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize area coverage.
- Understanding and selects the right promotional tactics to optimize sales.
- Performing first line education for customers at hospitals.
- Maintaining close customer contact and relationships with existing and new customers.
- Working with the manager to develop and deliver on account plans to meet revenue targets.
- Participating in delivering winning offers as response to tender requests.
Requirements:
- Strong and proven commercial track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals and the ability to communicate value based solutions
- Three or more years of Medical Device Sales experience. Patient Monitoring systems highly advantageous.
- Must be PC literate, have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong influential skills – gaining commitment through effective influencing and stakeholder management.

- Strong selling skills on top of being excellent in building relations.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree education in medical science
Languages:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language and English.
