‘This role is responsible for creating new business opportunities and leveraging existing business deals resulting in sustainable revenue streams from the Sports and Entertainment vertical.
• Define, develop and implement the business development strategy for the Sports & Entertainment Vertical
• Nurture and Grow revenue from Key Accounts by building on the existing business relationship
• Create New Business opportunities within the Existing Key Accounts
• Scout for New Customers (Accounts) basis revenue potential and/or Strategic significance.
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new market opportunities with company strategies and operations.
• Examine risks and potential of new opportunities
• Create well-defined value propositions that addresses customer needs
• Propose, Negotiate and close business deals
• Ensure a smooth transition from bid to project execution and close out.
• Ensure process and workflows are managed effectively and are regularly reviewed in order to constantly seek to improve levels of service delivery to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification

‘• 10 – 12 Years of Experience in Solution Selling in Software / Hi Tech Industries
• Master’s Degree in Business Management or Administration
• Technical Degree or Diploma at Graduation level
• Managing a revenue base of at least USD 30 Million Per annum
• Dealing with Strategic and High Profile Customer across the Sports and Entertainment vertical.

Job Description

The Role

  • Monitoring and reviewing system alerts of various technology systems • Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications and internet access related incidents • Log all relevant information regarding incident/service request and allocating category, priority, expectations and escalation where necessary • Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of customer incident and service request • Escalate incidents/service requests not resolved at First contact within agreed timescales and taking ownership of communicating status to the business/user • Close all resolved incidents, requests and other calls • Communicate efficiently and relate major incident to the relevant party • Coordinate IT service management process including Service Level Agreement, Problem, Change and configuration management • Adheres to and supports ISO 20000 standards, policies, and procedures. • Provide key inputs into product improvements based on system performance logs and incidents. • Interact with power users of venue operational systems such as facility management, security operations, venue operations etc to carry out the assigned roles and responsibilities. • Creates a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress and handling customers professionally.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the same field preferably with multi-cultural corporation/organization. 1 year should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry. • Previous experience in IT service desk, Technical and Operation Support • Well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice, Customer Services & service quality • Preferred to have experience working within multi-sport venues or stadiums hosting mega events • Qualified to Diploma/Bachelor’s degree level in an IT related subject.

Job Description

The Role

  • Ensure that Change & Configuration Management methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes within command & control centre technical operations and associated venue management systems such as building management systems, CCTV, Access Control & other ELV solutions. • Manage IT changes through their lifecycle from submission to the completion and closure of the change request analyzing Post Implementation Review (PIR) for all changes, reviewing results from the work carried out and identifying areas of improvement for future implementations • Manage the change control board practice and the overall impact analysis process. • Ensure the CMDB is regularly updated based on the changes being introduced into production • Manage the introduction of new services in the production environment so that there is: • Proper knowledge transfer provided to the support teams and end users through trainings and manuals in coordination with the Knowledge Management Analyst. • Updates to the Service Catalogue and CMDB takes place as part of introducing new services in coordination with the Configuration Manager and Service Level Manager • Ensure proper communication with key stakeholders takes place including agreement on when change is to be deployed, any downtime and any mass communication to staff members impacted by this change

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the same filed preferably with consulting background with exposure to multiple clients and business domains. • 2-3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry. • Previous experience in managing Change and Configuration management activities in a large-scale organization • Well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT service management • Preferred to have exposure to industry standards and best practices specifically within command centers, safety and security and facility management domains. • Preferred to have experience working within multi-sport venues or stadiums
