• Reporting to the General Manager –

Retail Operations

• Explore new business opportunities and expand market base with new customers

• Accountable for sales of existing and upcoming outlets within the assigned territory

• Drive and achieve yearly sales target of the showroom(s) within the assigned territory, in value and product-wise

• Plan and distribute the target into monthly sales and further to daily sales and allocate these targets to all salesmen accordingly

• Guide and motivate sales team to achieve the targets assigned to them

• Recommend and implement various strategies and techniques to improve sales of slow moving products /outlets and boost territorial sales volumes

• Explore business opportunities and develop business through various avenues

• Exhibit pro-activeness and seek feedback from local customers, analyze sales movement of products in individual outlets, analyze the requirement of customers and accordingly recommend new products and/or new locations for business growth and expansion

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Open to Arabic candidates

• Male, 30 years old and above

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in retail business development and multiple stores management

• Coming from same perfumery industry is a high advantage, if highly qualified will consider asking salary

• Experienced and seasoned in retail Sales preferably Perfume & Fragrance territory development

• Must be willing to go the extra mile in creating good business relationships

• Proactive and Hardcore, meets clients and business partners regularly

• GCC experience is required

• Must have valid UAE driver’s license

• Excellent English communication skills
