Job Description
Increez is a specialized recruitment company which headhunt highly qualified candidates for mid/ senior-level for the Middle East , GCC and Africa Regions.
Our client is a World class fine dining International Chain of Restaurants which is seeking to hire Bartender – Barman
Position Profile:
Provide a friendly, timely, attentive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Interact positively with guests while accurately mixing and serving beverages. Be attentive to guests needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed
Working Hours:
Working hours will be 5 days a week or an average of 50 hours per week (up to a maximum of 54 hours per week as per labor law), exclusive of 1 hour meal/other breaks per day.
The weekly days off permitted will be 2 days off per week ; the maximum allowance should not be more than two consecutive off days/two non-consecutive off days in one work-week from Sunday to Saturday. Off-days shall be scheduled by management and recorded in the weekly roster.
Qualifications:
- Certificate related in bartending
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Bartender
- Must have a very good knowledge of liqueurs, spirits and wines
- Be able to speak, read and write English. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Profile:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant. Oversee the inventory and ordering of food supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
Assist and ensure proper training and supervision of all the personnel, deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food & Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.
