Description of the mission
Attached to the Infrastructure Manager of our Limoges platform, you will be responsible for ensuring the rotation of trucks and trailers, according to the dedicated spaces and according to the schedule for loading and unloading them.
You ensure the proper organization of the court space.
As part of your assignments, you will be called upon to work in close collaboration with our handling teams on the quay, our supervisors as well as with our traction drivers performing night shuttles between the agencies of the network.
You will be in charge of the following missions:
Monitoring of the progress of operations:
– Ensure the rotation of trucks on the site, docking, coupling and uncoupling of semi-trailers (blocking and shoring) in compliance with our safety processes – Verification of end of loading in the event of movement of the
vehicle
– Storage of vehicle keys (trucks/tractors) on the board
Internal support:
– Facilitation of rapid loading and unloading of trucks
– Inspection and preparation of trucks for transport
– Participation in the detachment and attachment of
QSE semi-trailers:
– Respect the rules security of goods and people, circulation on the yard and internal handling, as well as all the processes in its field.

– Check the proper functioning of equipment and tools and alert management in the event of an anomaly (damaged trucks, etc.).

– Actively contribute to the cleanliness / tidying up of their working environment in compliance with internal environmental rules (sorting, etc.).
– Manage, at his level, the risks on the site yard (traffic, movement of trucks and semi-trailers) and on the quay (risks of handling, risks related to specific products: hazardous materials, live animals, etc.).
In addition, exceptionally, you may be required to replace on night shuttles (traction) if one of our drivers is absent and no replacement solution has been found.
Candidate profile
Holder of your C, CE and ADR permits, you are looking for a sedentary, versatile position with responsibilities.
Your rigour, combined with good interpersonal skills and your taste for teamwork, will allow you to build relationships of trust and proximity with all the teams working within our Limoges platform.
The position includes a significant degree of autonomy, so it is necessary to know how to show curiosity and a certain amount of resourcefulness in order to succeed in your missions.
