Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onsite supervision of large groups of guards or specific sectors or functions of the guard program.
- Assist the GFC in managing and directing guard operations on a day-to-day basis under direction from DS/RSO.
- Assist the GFC to plan, manage, and evaluate guard force operations.
- Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a military officer or NCO (at E-6 or above or equivalent), or equivalent law enforcement/armed commercial guard force supervisory experience.
- Experience must include physical security, access control, and force protection.
- Experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed guard services.
- Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C.
- Must Obtain/maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting as identified in the Task Order

WORKING CONDITIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must qualify with the Glock-19, M4 or MK18 as specified by the designated TO, M240, and M249, re-qualifying as required in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training.
- Complete the WPS III Physical Readiness Test, per WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 15, Physical Readiness Test Protocols and Standards, at the sixty-five (65) percent performance level, and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the Task Order

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Stabilize Provide physician assistant services at post, including treatment of illnesses or minor injuries suffered during security operations
- and prepare sick and injured personnel to a higher-level medical facility
- Ensure the contents and serviceability of medical kits supplied to personnel and placed in operational vehicles are properly maintained
- Manage, maintain, and operate a Role 1 Clinic in austere environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and a valid U.S. tourist passport for application processing
- Level 3 English language proficiency
- Possess current and unrestricted licensure as a Physician’s Assistant in any U.S. state or territory. National certification without active state licensure does not satisfy this territory
- Must possess current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and a certificate of Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course completion
- Must have successfully completed the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course, or an equivalent tactical trauma course of at least 16 hours duration, within the last ninety (90) days. Completion of the ATLS course does not satisfy this requirement
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of PA experience, with a majority of this experience being within an emergency room and/or in direct support of military operations
- As required by the Client, applicants will need to show proof of full vaccination status, defined as vaccinated two weeks after receiving the requisite number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the FDA
- Obtain a Secret Clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Briefs the Chief of Security Forces and commanders on crimes and incidents involving base personnel.
- Reviews, processes, suspense, and distributes traffic incident and accident reports, tickets, complaints, and incident and information reports.
- Reviews final actions and responses by commanders and supervisors to ensure timeliness and appropriateness, and takes action as required.
- Analyzes and evaluates reports and paperwork for accuracy and correctness.
- Compiles information and statistics for files, records, trend summaries, and reports and takes or makes recommendations for action.
- Manages installation traffic point, driving revocation, and debarment programs and actions.
- Ensures the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), Defense Incident-Based Reporting System (DIBRS), and Report Control Symbol (RCS) reports, and other higher headquarters and local reports, are submitted as required.
- Keeps organization and installation leadership and personnel informed on statuses and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have experience with inputting traffic citations, accidents and incident/complaint reports into the Security Forces Management Information System (SFMIS).
- This position requires a SECRET security clearance.
