Brecks Group Qatar Jobs Description

What You Will Do

·         Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup, and creation of presentations and preparing meeting materials

·         Pull reports and information from Ecolab systems

·         Calendar management across time zones

·         Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses and manage accurate processing of departmental invoices

·         Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including processing of visas for international travel

·         Provide support with HR related items including hiring, on-boarding, promotions & transfers, terminations, talent planning, salary adjustments, tracking of recruitment activities, etc.

·         Compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources; Distribute reports to stakeholders

·         Prepare and maintain agendas, action item lists, issues lists and program plans; Escalate issues promptly

·         Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization

·         Ensure that internal and external client demands are met

·         Create, organize and manage various SharePoint sites and shared drives

Minimum Qualifications

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)

·         Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         1 year of administrative experience

·         Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Relationship Managers and Personal Bankers in evaluating customers’ needs and providing solutions in the areas of wealth protection and accumulation, retirement planning, estate preservation and endowment planning.
Design and recommend strategies to meet the objectives of the customers.
Work closely with the Relationship Managers to identify opportunities, coach them on insurance concepts and products, generate a warm insurance sales pipeline to follow through until sales closure, interact effectively HNWI (CG/CPC) customers to offer service/upsell/cross sell insurance policies
Call customers to create a warm insurance sales pipeline, meet customers independently, follow up until sales closure
Working with Insurance Product Head to design and roll our strategies and new insurance products and client offers as required
Working with the insurance product team and the respective insurer to roll out micro marketing events
The role requires responsibility to achieve insurance revenue as per the business plan
The role will be eligible for bank approved Variable Compensation Plan

Knowledge/Experience:

Knowledge of insurance products and the overall investment process
Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance + investment management + current market / economic / financial trends and analyses
At least 3-5 years’ experience in selling life Insurance products in the UAE
Wealth management experience, with sales and products background.
Familiar with financial planning concepts,auto insurance, health insurance, home insurance, mortgage plan and loan process knowledge.

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
Strong analytical/problem solving skills/quantitative skills
Excellent presentation and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – good verbal communication in Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential to this role.

Qualifications:

MBA or Business Degree holder
Relevant certificates Insurance related are preferred.

Good team player with ability to manage teams, influencing and convincing people.
Proven track record of developing and building client relationships
Highly customer oriented
Positive/can-do attitude. Highly motivated and results-oriented team player.
