Job Description
- Job Types: Full-time/Part-time

- Experience: Land Surveyor: 10 years (Preferred)
- Possess a total station and all equipment required to complete the scope
- Check the elevations, the setting out and the rest of the survey work by the contractor are required to ensure accuracy.
- Advise the Resident Engineer and recommend actions concerning construction surveys.
- Repairing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
- Verifying data and calculations.
- Recording results of surveys.
- Calculating the measurements of sites.
- Maintain the construction surveys and quantity records as per the Resident Engineer’s instructions.
- Perform the initial baseline and control surveys including the establishment of benchmarks and recovery of any existing survey monuments to be removed at the start of the project as directed by the Resident Engineer.
- Attend the Contractor’s request for surveys, including the checking of the Contractor’s setting out of center lines, structures, slope stakes, etc.
- Check the field measurement surveys including original and final cross sections, check critical elevations, dimensions and locations of structural elements, earthwork grading, pavement and appurtenances, check the Contractor’s detailed survey in advance of construction operations, investigate and clarify survey discrepancies.

Job Description
“To ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work are in” accordance with project specific cost and schedule requirements.
- Review of Tender information and preparation of tender returns.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation for project resource planning and scheduling of works.
- Review drawings and validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions/value engineering.
- Assist in the preparation and review of MEP submittals.
- Monitoring project budgets and schedules and overseeing performance to ensure on-time, quality, and project budget execution.
- Coordinate with the designated subcontractors/design team consultants on all aspects of the design and project installations.
- Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
- Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with MEP installations or general projects to the Project Director.
- Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are working in accordance with business expectations.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management including the status of budgets, project variations/project design changes, schedules, disputes, upcoming activities & safety records.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adhere to the business and Project safety regulations.
- Provides guidance, managerial, and technical support to complete the project team.
- Prepare a master project schedule and perform critical path analysis.
- Prepare plans and schedules, status reports, and performance evaluations.
- Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risk analysis.
- Facilitate problem-solving with project execution between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
- Liaison with Consultant MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
- Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adheres to relevant Quality Assurance requirements /documentation/records.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.
- University degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience, out of which at least 05 years in the Middle East in well-reputed MEP Companies with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills.

Job Description
- Overseeing and managing the day to day site activities/operation and coordination works
- Supervise and manage sub-contractors or contractual staff
- Prepare quantity take-off and order the needed materials/logistics on site
- Attend site meetings with client and consultant, etc
- To ensure all relevant construction codes/guidelines are being followed & implemented on site.
- Able to prepare shop drawing/Site Survey and As-built Plans
- Work with assigned PM/Architect & Engineer and other project team members to ensure that the construction project is in accordance with design specifications, materials, cost, and time schedule
- To perform site layout/measurement and setting out and conduct internal QA/QC works and related quality control measures
- Preparation of Project Update/Report & other technical documentation related to project hand-over & closed-out
- BS Architect/Civil Engineer or other related technical courses
- Minimum 2 years experienced and above on the same field
- Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
- Ability/knowledge in Project Scheduling using Primavera or other software
- Knowledgeable in 2D CAD operation/drafting works (AutoCAD)
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel &, etc.)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and extend working hours, if necessary
- Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to construction and fit-out works
- Background/knowledge in Site Safety (HSE/OSHA certificate or accreditation) is an advantage
