Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by ensuring the effective management of all the financial matters of the hotel. To ensure that invoices are prepared on daily basis and send to Credit Department for billing the all debtors.

As a member of the finance department, this role is responsible for ensuring that all the financial affairs of the hotel are conducted to the highest standards of honesty and integrity. High ethical standards are necessary to maintain both competitive advantage and the pride and confidence of our associates, and to provide quality products and services to customers and clients.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing invoices and accounts payables requests twice weekly
  • Performing daily income auditing and revenue posting
  • Completing daily bank deposits
  • Reconciling cash and credit card deposits on a daily basis
  • Performing accounts receivables functions twice weekly to include: accounts receivables billing, posting payments and making collection calls
  • Partnering with corporate Human Resources in order to ensure that team members’ files are maintained in compliance Qatar law

Job Description

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Operations

  • Ensure that Anantara HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
  • Assist the Assistant HR Manager in the day to day function and operation of Human Resources and supervise all activities such as monthly team gathering and programs, team recognition and administration.
  • Supervise Welfare Assistant to ensure that team members’ facilities are maintained and all activities are running well.
  • Oversee the up-keeping of full records of each team member’s employment history, both online and in paper form, and ensure all such information is kept confidential.

Administration

  • Keep updating employee information in paytrax system on daily basis.
  • Provide support in administering to keep updated employee file, monthly checking on files, auditing.
  • Administering employee health and welfare plans
  • Assisting with new employee hiring process including recruitment and onboarding.

Recruitment

  • Assist the recruitment processing and coordination during the absence of the Recruitment In-charged and whenever required.
  • Helping in recruitment process to do the reference check.
  • Working on Smart recruiter to help in recruitment process and keep updating to achieve our departmental goal.

Employee Communications

  • Assist in communication of key messages to all team members. Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from team members.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with team representatives and ensure any team member grievances are monitored and resolved as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Maintain to keep updating notice board, checking the notice board on daily bases.
  • Sending birthday greetings and distribution of birthday card in absence of HR & Welfare coordinator.

Employee Accommodation and Transport

  • Coordinate all matters of team accommodation, facilities, and transport with the city Housing Assistant.
  • Keep updating housing master list and inventory list.
