Job Description

Chief Financial Officer  (2100001K)
  • Accountable for all aspects of financial reporting including the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, internal and external reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis, development of financial performance metrics and participating in regular meetings with the Board.
  • Responsibility for all financial communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide overall business and organisational leadership in a fast-paced company around commercial implementation of the strategy.
  • Assist the CEO in developing, for the Board’s approval, a strategic direction and positioning to ensure the company’s success.
  • Develop and recommend with the CEO to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the company’s long term strategy;
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, where necessary, the internal control systems within the company.
  • Keep the Board aware of the financial position and financial development of the company.
  • Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the company.
  • Ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, audit or fiscal matters.
  • Oversee and monitor the company’s financial position, banking and financing activities and capital structure and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements, as applicable
Qualification
  • A successful track record of progressive financial management experience with at least 15 years working for publicly trading companies.
  • Well-rounded experience across multiple sectors such as construction, manufacturing, medical, services, real estate, etc.
  • Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a Finance function and lead people.
  • Masters degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting or relevant discipline is preferred. CPA strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics.
  • Experience building a best-in-class group finance team.
  • Strong written and oral communicator.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, ethical, clear communicator with a strong eye for details.

Job Description

Customer Service Representative  (18000065)

  • To care for the customers in an attentive and friendly manner that sets the FEC’s customers service higher than any other.  To “be there” for all customers at all times.  To operate machines that require it.
  • To greet all customers visiting the FEC.
  • To supply a friendly and helpful service at all times and to integrate with the customers in order to ensure that they have a really fun time.
  • To be able to supply answers to every question customers may pose including Games & Attraction information, opening hours, promotions and new equipment.
  • To ensure that the FEC and its equipment is clean and safe at all times and to ensure that the customers’ safety is never jeopardized.
  • To operate machinery in a safe and correct manner and as per training.
  • To ensure that all customers pay for the rides and attractions that they use.
  • To notify technical department of all machine faults as soon as they happen.
  • To actively sell promotions and events to customers, face to face.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the FEC and all its equipment.
  • To obtain and report customer feedback to the Operations Management.
  • To suggest promotions and events to the Operations Management based on comments and experiences of the customers

  • Order equipment spare parts and supplies as needed, within budget or with approval of the management, ensuring timely arrival of materials.
  • Be available or have maintenance staff available during all times when campers are present for emergencies.
  • Maintain grounds to reduce risk of danger or injury to persons using grounds and facilities.
  • Maintain AC, Water Heater and other electrical equipment in good operating condition to meet Camp standards. Check and
  • repair Plumbing Equipment and Carpentry.
    Inspect and make necessary repairs on all doors, screen doors, windows, floorboards, rafters, plumbing, porches, roofs, etc.
  • Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
  • Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all health department locations.
  • Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains the heating, cooling and ventilation systems (including boiler system)
